Either Zoom or Google Meet will be the apps used to conduct classes, if you are unaware of how to use them, refer to the links below;

Monday : Morning ( 6:00 am - 7:00 am) ; Evening ( 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)

Tuesday: Morning ( 6:00 am - 7:00 am) ; Evening ( 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)

Wednesday: Morning ( 6:00 am - 7:00 am) ; Evening ( 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)

Thursday: Morning ( 6:00 am - 7:00 am) ; Evening ( 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)

Friday : Morning ( 6:00 am - 7:00 am) ; Evening ( 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)

Saturday: Morning ( 6:00 am - 7:00 am) ; Evening ( 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)

Sunday : Morning ( 6:00 am - 7:00 am) ; No evening classes

PREPAREDNESS:

Yoga is an art of uniting the body and mind with the help of dynamic asanas, breathwork, lifestyle habits, etc.

Here, as we come to perform Asanas in class, we should keep :

1. A Yoga mat, or a comfortable mat to sit or stand on.

2. A Water Bottle

3. A good internet connection

4. A smile :)

 

GOALS TO ACHIEVE:

Yoga is a Journey, not a destination, we may join yoga classes with an intention to remove or add something to our lives, but yoga is also a spiritual practice that benefits us on various levels of existence, so, even if you feel you may not be achieving your goals, but rest assured, you are progressing on a path that leads to health and wellness, in the mind, body and spiritual levels, In the beginning of Yoga practice i kept goals with me and working on them i did yoga, i did not achieve them as i had planned, but i can look back and tell you i had become someone who was more wise, more flexible, more energetic, more enthusiastic, than i was before yoga.

I suggest you to see the good and focus on the good, and the good will grow!
